Tealive88 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC – Know Your Customer) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals or when suspicious activity is detected. Required documents may include a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), bank statement, or recent utility bill.

Opening a Tealive88 account is free and straightforward. However, there are responsibilities you must uphold during and after the registration process:

• Parlay / Accumulator: For parlay bets, all selections must win for the overall bet to be considered a win. If one match in the parlay is cancelled, that selection will be removed from the parlay and the overall odds will be recalculated.

Tealive88 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• One Bonus Per Person: Each bonus type may only be claimed once per member, household, IP address, and payment method.

• Use of automated software, bots, or any dishonest method to gain an unfair advantage;
• Collusion between players to manipulate the betting system (match fixing or collusion);
• Abuse of the bonus or promotions system;
• Activity showing signs of money laundering;
• Financial fraud, including illegitimate chargeback requests;
• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.

In cases where an account is suspended pending investigation, Tealive88 will endeavour to complete the investigation within 14 business days. Members will be notified of the outcome via their registered email address. Tealive88's decision in such matters is final.
